Do you enjoy reading fiction? We read contemporary and classic fiction and get together monthly in New Haven to informally discuss a book. Group members suggest and vote on the next month's book after each meeting.
We will read contemporary/classic fiction and non- fiction about once a month. The books we read should be appealing to both genders. This group will not read Sisters Traveling Pants, The Boyfriend Diaries or whatever they are called. Just about anything else is fair game. The monthly books are selected after the last meeting on an online poll. Book suggestions for the poll are allotted to those have attended prior meetings. We meet the last Wednesday of each month.

The group meets in Stratford, Ct. and owes a philosophical debt to Roberto Calas for both the tone and format of the meetup. We are a group of writers committed to pushing each other to achieve the writing life (and audience) to which we aspire.
